Job Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer 

Location: Hybrid role.  2 days per week at home (Monday & Friday).  Soho, London office location.

Hours: Part time. 30 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Contract: Fixed term contract. 12 months minimum.

Start date: 19th August 2024

Your Role and Responsibilities

As PA you will provide support to the CEO, facilitating with diary management, meeting and general admin support. Additional support will be required to support the HR & Operations Manager with regards to office management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. You will have experience working at a fast pace, have great attention to detail and be highly organised. You must have experience working with confidential data & understand the sensitivities that this brings. Role Outline

  • PA support for business founder/CEO
    • Diary management
    • Meeting management
    • Email management
    • Printing
  • Drafting & sending correspondence
  • Travel booking (hotels, trains, taxis, flights etc) & itinerary creation
  • Logging expenses on our expense software
  • Assisting with some HR processes – onboarding/offboarding, database management
  • Calendar management for performance reviews process
  • Meeting room management & upkeep
  • General office upkeep including confidential waste collection
  • Kitchen and stationary stock upkeep
  • Assisting with VC technology as needed
  • Booking and arranging couriers, organising/distributing post/deliveries
  • Note taking, distribution and follow up
  • Ad hoc admin duties

Experience and Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Mail merges via Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Fluency in English
  • 2+ years working in a similar position
  • Experience of diary management/PA support at director level
