Bach has dedicated his professional career to helping companies succeed. He has extensive experience counselling Board/CXO level clients and delivering impact through commercial/top line levers in both B2C and B2B.
Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Bach spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company where he served clients in 15 countries on 4 continents. This enabled him to learn global best practices while always ensuring that they are tailored and applied to the local context. At McKinsey Bach led numerous large scale transformation programmes that delivered both short-term cash and long-term value to the clients, covering the whole service spectrum from design to implementation.
Having gone through the full consulting path from analyst to partner, Bach is equally comfortable engaging at the strategic high level as well as going deep in analysis.
