Demid was responsible for day-to-day operations of a Cyprus based fund including but not limited to marketing presentations, website creation, customer journey optimisation, sales. While researching the Spanish M&A market, he made a lot of connections with top managers of the industry.   

Demid has lived in four different countries and his international background has allowed him to develop a way to efficiently work in different conditions and cultures. Throughout his career, Demid has always been keen to deliver the best possible result which he is looking to apply to client work at Pearson Ham.

Demid is a big sports enthusiast with a lot of knowledge on a variety of spots such as football, basketball and rugby. During Demid’s undergraduate research, he studied the implications of salary cap and revenue sharing agreement in the NBA on the competitive advantage of the league.
