Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Fred developed a solid analytical foundation working in the (re)insurance sector, where he sat within a consultancy that worked with several global insurance carriers. Fred’s master’s degree research centred around building and deriving conclusions from computational simulations of ultra-cold atoms and molecules under the influence of electric fields. 

Fred’s professional and academic background have allowed him to explore and develop his interest in programming and data science. He is passionate about blending computational analysis with business expertise to generate insightful and actionable solutions.
