Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Nikita developed her statistical and analytical skills during her undergraduate degree at Warwick University where she studied Economics and Global Sustainable Development. During her studies, she specialised in microeconomic and macroeconomic theory in developing countries.
Nikita has previous project experience within the motor insurance industry and retail industry.
