With a strong focus on Commercial Excellence, Martin has driven sustainable business growth across sectors such as Automotive, Filtration, and Pharmaceuticals, combining both strategic insight and hands-on operational expertise.

He holds a Franco-German Master’s degree from the University of Metz in Marketing and Communication, as well as a post-graduate Consultant Diploma from the prestigious St. Gallen Business School in Switzerland. His career includes senior roles such as Area Sales Manager at Conwed Plastics, European Sales Manager at DelStar Technologies, and founder of his own consultancy, Martin Verebes Consulting.

Martin’s key strengths lie in Corporate Strategy, M&A, International Sales, and Commercial Excellence, particularly in B2B manufacturing environments. Fluent in German, French, and English, he is adept at leading cross-cultural teams and navigating complex international markets.

Outside of work, Martin is a lifelong learner and self-proclaimed bookworm. He has a passion for martial arts, is currently training in calisthenics, and is known among friends and colleagues as something of a dog whisperer.
