Emmanuel brings extensive expertise in pricing, sales excellence, and commercial excellence, built through a career spanning both strategy consulting and industry leadership. He holds a degree in International Economics & Management from Università L. Bocconi in Milan and a Master’s in Management (Diplôme Grande École) from ESCP Business School in Paris. 

He spent 13 years at Simon-Kucher, where he advised global clients on pricing and sales excellence, before moving into industry at Imerys, where for 4 years he led the development and implementation of commercial excellence best practices. His dual background gives him a rare perspective – combining the strategic insight of a consultant with the hands-on experience of driving transformation within large industrial organisations. 

His expertise covers pricing, sales excellence, commercial excellence, and digitisation, with particular focus on industries such as chemicals, agrochemicals, building materials, logistics, and professional distribution. Fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Italian, Emmanuel is adept at leading diverse, international teams and delivering impact across complex global markets. 

Outside of work, he is passionate about travelling and family life and also enjoys motorcycling and tennis.
