Susie has 20 years’ experience in HR across multiple sectors including professional services, financial services and tech.

Her passion is developing the complete employee experience. She has had a generalist career covering all aspects of HR with a large focus on talent acquisition and transformation. Susie’s aim is to develop an experience where people feel supported and thrive.

Susie enjoys exercise by running, gym and yoga. She loves watching live music and is interested in collecting art from new and emerging artists. She also has two young children who take up all her spare time!
