Prior to joining Pearson Ham, Rajasvi honed her analytical, research and problem-solving skills through multiple internships in the field of economic consulting, banking and finance. Working for an angel investment group in India exposed Rajasvi to diverse industries and she embodied a concrete understanding of commercial due diligence, market sizing, investment analysis and pricing frameworks.

Having worked on several research papers during her studies and further working with the Planning Commission of India, Rajasvi has a deep passion for data analysis, strategy and research. She enjoys collaborating with different people and has a global mindset. Her foundation in economics and mathematics enables her to develop successful pricing strategies and transformations.

Rajasvi is a professional Lawn Bowls player and has represented her country in various international level tournaments (Asian Games and World Championships).  She loves animals and has her own NGO for dogs in India. Her ideal off day includes wine and Disney movies.
