Yana joined Pearson Ham, having gained experience in data analytics and consulting. She has a Masters in Financial Analysis from London Business School. Throughout her career and studies, Yana acquired analytical skills and an understanding of business needs and operations.

Working in data analytics, she applied advanced statistical modelling and Machine Learning techniques to drive insights from the data that helped identify growth opportunities and manage risks. She is passionate about solving challenging problems and implementing innovative solutions for clients.
